Safe practice
- Do not stop MariaDB while players are online — GS will fail queries.
- Schema / WZ_* procedures live in MariaDB; fix SQL errors via Host logs or DB tools.
- For backups, use your existing MariaDB dump schedule (or add one under Host).
- Use Players to edit accounts, characters, and item blobs without raw SQL.

Account ban sets bloc_code=1 and kicks its online characters. Character ban sets CtlCode=1 and mute sets ChatLimitTime (minutes, max 22 days) — both need the character offline. Mutes are always timed.
